Allergy Free Hotel Rooms
I am planning a trip to California in the autumn and discovered that there are moves afoot to provide allergy free hotel room. This can cost an astonishing $24 (£18) per night. I will take my Cleanaer with me and save this high cost. Cleanaer is a great portable travel allergy product. I’ll have to leave the cartridge at the end of the trip, otherwise it will leak in my case, but this is a small cost for the benefit of being protected from allergies - especially in unknown rooms.
Drywall off-gassing of Chinese wall boards - Reports of up to 100,000 homes in the USA being affected by this issue where Chinese made wall boards are gassing off hydrogen disulfide (H2S) and carbonyl sulfide (COS) gases when they get damp. Opening the windows will really help minimise this issue but complaints tend to centre on the strong odour given off by this process (smell of rotten eggs) A Cleanaer with a aromatic fragrance will really help remove odours from the air - though it cannot eliminate the gasses - and it continues to be as effective with the windows open. Allergy Seasons arrives early - The allergy season has arrived early this year, with tree pollen kicking off the season for sufferers.
(This leads to people heading to the pharmacist to get over the counter medicine, spring cleaning the home and considering an air purifier, or checking the one they already have is working) (10th April 2009)

I have suffered from allergies only quite recently and have tried several air purifier devices and different medication. The worldwide web is such a great place to learn about the world and developments in the medical and associated fields and I am continually learning about allergies.
Here in the UK, I discovered the Cleanaer liquid ioniser product by chance in a retail pharmacy and was so surprised by the results I have included details about it here because I am such a fan of it. I have tried an air ioniser and friends of mine have a water filled sphere. I was debating whether to invest in a large fan based air purifier, when I discovered this liquid ioniser air purifier. My wife was not so keen on the much larger floor standing air purifier because they take up so much room and are costly to buy and run. The Cleanaer air purifier on the other hand, is small, silent and just requires the cartridge replacing from time to time.

Dog Allergies
Dog allergies are one of the most common conditions affecting dogs. Dog allergies can be very frustrating for both yourself and your dog. The constant itching and scratching, paw licking and chewing, skin rashes or chronic ear infections can make life very unpleasant. Dog allergies become noticeable when your dog’s immune system reacts excessively to substances (called allergens or antigens) to which the dog has been exposed. Generally, allergies show up in three ways. The most common is with the skin – your dog will itch and scratch either in one area or all over, or you will see skin sores or lesions. Another way involves the respiratory system and your dog may cough, sneeze, and/or wheeze, and there may be an associated nasal or eye discharge. A third type of allergic reaction involves the digestive system, when your dog vomits or has diarrhoea. more
